Crockpot Mexican Quinoa Tacos

1 cup quinoa
1 cup chicken stock or vegetable broth
2 cans (15 ounces EACH) black beans
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes in tomato juice*
1 can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce**
1 can (15 ounces) corn
3 tablespoons or 1 packet (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning***
Corn or flour tortillas
Top with your favorites: queso fresco cheese, diced avocado, cilantro, fresh lime

1½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp prepared dijon mustard
½ tsp minced fresh garlic
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp sea salt
5 Medjool dates, pitted
2/3 cup water

  30. When counting macros/calories would you recomend eating the ekstra that i burn from A workout, lets say i eat 2100 calories and burn 200 should i Then eat 2300 calories? So that the “intake” still is 2100 or should i stay at 2100 so that When i burn something i actually have “less” In the body.? Hope you understand. I love your channel❤️❤️❤️

  41. What’s your take on a low/no carb diet? Like Keto? I know you don’t eat a ton of carbs but it also looks like you don’t completely cut them out. I want to lose fat but build a booty and not be a frail scrawny person. Do you feel like if you exercise some carbs are important? Just not sure which type of diet will work for me to lose weight but gain muscle because i hear to get gains to eat a lot but then to lose weight to eat lower calories
