If it comes in a lot of plastic with a ton of ingredients and ingredients that you don't recognize, its best to leave it alone. Also, drinking water does cause weight loss but it also doesn't… When fat is broken down, your body stores it as water as a survival mechanism. When you drink enough water, your body realizes that it won't become dehydrated, and it can release the stored water. This is why weight loss can seem impossible if you're not giving it chance.
    As for exercise, cardio is alright but you'll just be burning a lot of calories and then replenish them with your large appetite. I'd suggest strength training, even if its just for 5 minutes on your floor before bed (like I do). Vicki Justice has a lot of great workouts targeted towards girls and I follow her tiny waist workout at least 4x a week. Gaining muscle improves your physique and it burns fat. Good luck friends

  34. I heard if you drink straight up black coffee(no sugar or milk) hot or ice it will speed up you're metabolism and help with weight loss.

    I drink black ice coffee every day and I have shed some pounds…. No bull shit!!!

    Just keep on eating healthy and do excersize and you will see results…. Also green tea also helps too.
