Another great thing about avocados that was discovered during a study from The Ohio State University at Columbus is that avocados help you absorb more cartenoids from fruits and vegetables, up to 15x more to be exact. So not only will avocados help you burn fat, but you’ll also be strengthening your immune system and absorbing more cancer fighting cartenoids than ever. Next we have eggs. Eggs are great to incorporate into your diet plan because they’re high in protein, high in healthy fats and they can help you feel full for a very low amount of total calories. Eggs are also one of the most bioavailable sources of protein out there. Meaning that your body can very efficiently digest, absorb, and assimilate the protein found in eggs. Having a solid protein source like eggs in your diet will help you prevent muscle loss while you eat less calories to create enough of a deficit to burn fat. Compared to most other fruits berries are very low in carbohydrates, while being full in vitamins and antioxidants. Only beans I eat is poking beans lima beans and that's it so if I eat poke beans don't come to my house cuz I'm going to be blowing it up with gas green lima beans don't make me have gas so maybe I can buy some green lima beans for poking beans you can't sit next to me about eating that I'm just warning you

  17. I only eat sweet potatoes raw I cannot eat sweet potatoes cooked they nasty in a mushy and it'll make me throw up so if I eat them raw I'm fine but you don't cook won't be happening Brother

I have one more thing to say I can't eat any of that stuff you just said and I have a high thyroid and my neck when it's active I gain weight when it's not after I lose weight and I have a problem with eating I eat once a day and I'm trying to change that I bought protein shakes I drink one in the morning one for lunch then that you a decent meal other than that I'm going to the gym I'm doing workout I don't do cardio cuz of my feet I having problems with my foot my feet it's flat as a pancake I'm having a problem doing the audio because one of my feet every time I do the bicycle thing my middle of my feet hurt and I getting heavier but I'm not getting bigger I'm losing weight and gaining muscle I'm not quite losing weight yet so what else you got for me

One more thing I am allergic to Seafood I cannot eat fish or tuna or crab or Lobster I'm allergic I cannot eat peaches strawberries collard greens hamburger ground turkey I can't eat any of that stuff I'm allergic to all of it I have a bad food allergy so I only can stick to baked chicken ground sausage and mixed vegetables with noodles in it with I mean with pasta in it and broccoli and carrots that's it so what can you tell me to help me
