3 Healthy and Easy Dessert Recipes l Brownies / Energy Bites/ Ice cream l RealLife Realhome

In Today’s video I will be showing you 3 Healthy Dessert Ideas. All of them are super easy to make, will take less than 5 minutes are very healthy and yummy.
1- Brownies- No bake, Vegan and Gluten Free
1 cup nuts- I have taken almonds+ walnuts
1Tbsp- Chia seeds
2 Tbsp- Unsweetened Coconut
4 Tbsp- Raw Cacao Powder. If you dont have that you can use coco powder as well
1/4 tsp- Sea salt
1 cup- Mejdool dates, pits removed
Blend everything in the blender except dates. After the rest of the ingredients gets blend add Mejdool dates. Take out the mixture on a parchment paper and form a shape. Put extra walnuts to garnish and give the brownies a good crunch. Freeze them for 20-30 minutes and cut them into pieces.
2- Healthy Oats+Flax seeds energy bites
1 cup rolled oats (OLD fashioned even better)
1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/3 cup RAW honey
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds (unsalted)
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract- optional
Mix altogether and refrigerate 45 minutes to an hour
Roll into small balls and keep refrigerated…
3- Banana Peanut Butter Icecream
Take 3 frozen bananas. Blend them until they make a thick creamy paste. Add 1 tbsp Peanut butter and some chocolate chips. Freeze them for 4-5 hours and then serve it.
