Whole Milk – 1.5 Cup
Butter – 2 TBsp
All purpose Flour(Maida) – 1&1/2 TBsp
Cheese (Cheddar/Parmesan) – 1 Cup Grated
Salt – To Taste
Pepper – To Taste
Red Chilli Flakes – To your taste
Oregano – To your taste

***2. Utappam Recipe***

For Utappam Batter:
(Soak:1/2 Cup Urad Dal 1 Cup Rice;
Grind them with 1/2 Cup Poha, to make this batter)
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Oil – 1Tbsp
Below Grated Veggies: To your taste
Carrot
Tomato
Onion
Coriander
Curry Leaves 2

***3. Ready Noodles – Eggs***
Any ready noodles of your choice – 1 Brick
Egg -1
Ready Noodles – 1Brick
Water – 1 Cup
Oil – 2 Tsp
Below items, to taste:
Salt, Pepper,
Turmeric powder

***4. Egg Fried Rice***

For Scrambled Egg-
Eggs – 2
Oil – 3 Tsp
Below Seasonings – To taste
Salt, Pepper,
Turmeric Pwdr

Cooked Rice – 1 1/2 Cup
Oil – 2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 Pinch
Green Chilli – 1
Curry Leaves – 2
Garlic – 3 Cloves (grated)
Onion – 1/4 Cup
BellPepper/Capsicum – 1/4 Cup
Coriander Leaves – 1/4 Cup
Salt – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/4Tsp
Coriander Pwdr – 1/4Tsp

***5. Avocado Paratha***

Avocado – 1 Ripe
Wheat Flour – 1 & 1/2 Cup
Salt – 1/4Tsp
Lemon Juice – 1/4 lemon
Oil – As needed
