  3. HAHAHAHAHA girrrrrrrrrrrrl "sleep in your gym wear" okay I'll sleep in my doubled up corset-like sports bra that I need to keep my G-cup in place while I work out, I'll definitely wake up angry enough to punch something!

Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tried every fat loss method that was available, however in the end not one of them made it easier for me to reduce and maintain the weight off.   9. My Fitness Pal and taking pictures of my progress has really helped me. My Fitness Pal is making sure that I am on track and not over eating any more than I should do. Earlier I was feeling down about my weight and I took a look of what I was looking like this time last year and instantly felt better. I've lost nearly 2 stone, and I'm aiming to lose another 2. It's proving to be difficult losing these next 2 stone, but it will be worth it.

Have you considered Fenoboci Diet Plan? I've heard some incredible things about it and my mate lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

    I've always loved to workout but in the last few years my life went kinda bad i started the "emotional eating" and restart the "fitness routine" it's become harder and harder.. 
    Inspiration is the best! And i thank you cause i'm totally in for a workout session in the morning after months! 
    And let's be honest, now that i've written this..how can i go back? ahaha
