In this Video, I will show you how to make ADAI dosai or Dosa Recipe in tamil. This recipe is excellent for all the weight watchers, since this recipe has less amount of rice and more of dal, and I have explained how to lose weight with this high protein diet. Protein rich intake will always help weight loss, hormonal problems and improve metabolism.
This Adai recipe is great for Breakfast and Dinner which will satisfy your day with required nutrients.Morning Breakfast is a essential in our life fulfill your tummy with this high protein rich adai with your favorite accompaniments.
even this is great for dinner since this recipe is with less rice.. let’s have this guilt free food often and maintain our weight.
Adai dosai Ingredients:

Idly Rice- 1 cup
Toor dal – 1/4 cup
kadala parupu – 1/4 cup
Moong dal – 1/4 cup
Urad dal- 2 tbsp
fenugreek seeds- pinch

To grind with rice and dal:
Red chillies -3
green chilly-1
garlic-1
ginger- 1 inch
cumin – 1/4 tsp
fennel seeds- 1/4 tsp
Wash rice and dal 3 to 4 times and soak it for 3-5 hrs.

Grind all the above ingredients in a mixer to a coarse paste.Season with mustard,cumin, onions,coconut pieces,green chilly and curry leaves. add this mixture to batter and add hing,sugar,and required salt and make dosa while the dosa is pan is hot.now the adai dosa is ready to serve with chutney or sambar!!!
