  10. Ok, you lost all crediblity when you cook in olive oil! It is very sensitive to heat and makes it go very bad. Macadamia oil or coconut oil is what you should cook in.

  20. That's correct! Apart from being highly alkalizing, I would also add that lemon is extremely good for health and can be used in a variety of dishes. Lemon is good for salad dressings and it is a good replacement for vinegar. A few drops of lemon juice will instantly raise the water and green juices pH as well.

  23. you also should ask yourself why your muscle can be sore for days even week after exercise.. lactic acid maybe? like every acid they can agglomerate into crystals consistently keeping it low.. could you also tell me why natural bodybuilders all around the world are starting to drink green shakes after there lifting sessions, because everybody know that an healthy and balanced and alkaline body will grow faster and stronger for a longer period of time than a ''steak potatoes eater'' body will..

  24. totally wrong on this one.. take milk.. supposed to be alkaline.. but it's in fact very acidic for your body.. oh and you are telling me that your body as ''buffer'' system.. in fact.. the perfect PH balance is between 7,36 and 7,44 .. the higher the better if you plan to eat junk during holidays.. PH Under 7,35 leads to acidosis and will cause central nervous system depression.. severe acidosis like PH= 7 .. can cause coma.. or death..
