For all avocado lovers out there, this is a sweet and healthy avocado dessert recipe not to be missed. Super easy, fast, energy inducing and colourful. Add chia seeds and it would be the perfect filling breakfast.

– 2 Avocados
– 1 small banana
– 2 tbs chia seeds
– 1 tbs raw honey
– 1 cup low-fat milk
– strawberries, mango, berries and your favourite nuts.
Mix avocado, banana, milk, honey and chia seeds in an electric blender until you get a creamy texture. Place in a bowl and add the toppings.
