  3. If you freeze the fruit, the smoothie becomes thicker when you blend it. Try it out.

  9. Instead of honey, I use 4 Mazafati ates. I also add half a teaspoon of lecithin

  32. You should skip the grocery store peanut butter. It's PROCESSED FOOD!!! Read the ingredients label. It's loaded with added salt, sugar and other chemicals. Instead, make your own peanut butter at home, with your Vitamix blender. It's easy and quick and you control the contents.
