CHIA PUDDING BASE RECIPE:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. maple syrup (or your favorite sweetener)

Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar and stir well. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 5 days. Enjoy with your favorite toppings.

1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
tiny pinch cardamon + ground cloves
2 tsp. chopped raisins

Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar and stir well. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 5 days. Enjoy with your favorite toppings.

dash of cinnamon

  8. I tried the recipe with full fat coconut milk (from a can) and the pudding came out really THICK. Do I leave it out a bit before eating it? It doesn’t have a jelly like consistency…

    Does storing it in a glass jar make a difference? I stored mine in small plastic containers.

  15. hi. .I tried this recipe. .the consistency of the pudding was very watery. . 1/2 cup of low fat milk + 2 table spoon of chia seed and honey + cinnamon.
    not sure what when wrong
