    Shame. nakakahiya akala ko magaling na coach di man lang nya alam na kahit nakahiga ka lang nagbuburn ka ng calories. Kahit di ka nageexercise nagbuburn ka ng calories. Smh.

Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every single fat reduction program that was available, however in the end not one of them made it easier for me to shed and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Fenoboci Diet Plan because my buddy who told me awesome things about it and so far to date I have effectively dropped 15 pounds within 3 weeks!
