Hili Everybody!! Here are some of my favorite tips, tricks and recipes to meal prep!!
A lot of us fitness peeps always say meal prepping is the way to go when trying to reach our fitness goals. But sometimessss HOW or WHAT to meal prep isn’t really expanded on. I wanted to show you guys just a FEW of my tips that I use weekly. There are a lot more that I am going to show you in the future, too.

  2. I laugh at these rich celebrities who make it seem like people can spend $30 on fresh vegetables for every meal. And spend 30 mins preparing it. Must be nice to have such an easy life that you can spend an hour working out each day. Sounds like you've got is super easy.
