My husband and I are owner operators and I'm trying to cook healthier meals, such as keto diet meals. I currently use electric skillet w/ lid 1200 Watts. It drains our batteries on our truck. This burner u have looks like it uses gas or is it electric? Thx in advance and can't wait to try this recipe. 👍
