  19. Great video! You can also reduce a lot of calories by easing up on the oils. Tip- boil the sweet and white potatoes for 3 minutes and then place in hot oven. The boiling will just slightly soften and wet them and they will crisp in the oven as if they were oiled down-only without all the excess fat and calories.
