Healthy Holiday Breakfast Recipe Ideas!

today’s video is sharing some delicious healthy holiday breakfast recipes! or basically this could be a Christmas brunch 🙂 who else is excited for Christmas?! 😀

Coconut Christmas Cocoa ❄
4 cans of coconut milk
1 tbs vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides:

Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
chopped pecans
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs or flax eggs
Cinnamon Topping
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tbs cinnamon
3 tbs melted coconut oil
3 tbs maple syrup
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut cream
3/4 cup coconut butter
* bake at 350 F for 30-40 mins

Sweet Potato Nests
Grated Sweet Potato
Drizzle of oil + salt + pepper
bake for 400 F for 10-15 mins
add in egg on top of sweet potato nest
bake for another 10 mins at 400 F

Gluten Free Pancake Mix (you can get it at Costco! I love it because it’s made from wholesome ingredients like almond and coconut flour!)
add in dark chocolate chips + I like adding in Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides!
use cookie cutters to cut pancakes into molds – so cute!

BONUS Cookie Recipe
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 egg
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup almond flour
2 tbs coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 salt
2 tsp ground flax seed
add ins: dark chocolate chips + 1/2 cup oats

  13. Coconut butter and cream are absolutely not healthy fats. I am a Food Technology student from the Netherlands and I can't get over the fact that you are telling your viewers the wrong things about nutrition. Gluten free is not necessarily healthier and coconut oil is mostly saturated fat. I get that you want to use natural/raw products, but saturated fat is, generally speaking, not a "healthy" fat. Please do your research.

  15. Hi, Cambria! Your recipes look very delicious and healthy, but I am a student and in my country we aren't used to these ingredients, like coconut cream, coconut milk, almond flour, agave nectar and etc. Plus, coconut milk is very expensive here. So 4 cans would cost about 10 euros. It would be nice to see a video with simple Christmas recipes for students 🙂 .

  20. This all looks amazing! My favorite hot chocolate is actually frankencocoa. We take 2-3 drinking chocolates, put 1-2 tablespoons of each in a mug, and then add hot milk and marshmallows! So good.
