One Pan Roasted Chicken and Veggies

2 sweet potatoes

Roast at 400F for 25 minutes

chicken breast, or your fav source of protein
1 red onion
2 peppers
2 zucchini

Roast 25 min at 425F

Cauliflower Falafel salad

2 cup riced cauliflower
1/2 cup parsley
