  1. it is delicious but the amount and choices of your ingredients have waaaay to many calories…much better ways to make this with more then 1/2 the calories and tastes even better then this…no disrespect to you. almond milk and that banana alone is just too much…

  4. The honey for sweetner is not a good idea and I will tell you why. My smoothie will not taste like your smoothie. I found out what your honey taste like depends on what the bees that made it fed on. So if your bees fed on something entirely different from what the bees around here feed on my smoothie is not going to taste the same as yours. I live in Oklahoma now and I buy some local honey. Have not a clue what is on their menu but I can tell you it taste nothing like the honey where the bees feed on oranges. Nor some different honeys I purchased in Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, etc.

  13. Banana is not loaded with potassium. Spinach is. Banana is also fructose, which is toxic to the liver. This is a dumbass shake.

  23. I tried it today! Love it!!! It's healthy and refreshing 🙂 I used regular almond milk, no honey and it tasted just fine. It's really quick so there's no excuse to not eat breakfast! Thank you!
