Healthy Ramadan Meal Recipes For Iftar

Ramadan healthy recipes – In this video I show you guys how to prepare delicious healthy iftar meal I had while trying to maintain a healthy eating habit this Ramadan. If you guys would like to see some suhoor meal ideas, let me know in the comment section down below inshallah and scroll further down for the ingredients list. I’m not sure what to call the main meal so let me know in the comment section down below if you have any ideas. Ramadan Kareem.
Main Meal – Can feed up to six people so adjust to suite your needs
2 kg of potatoes
3 large bell peppers
8 large eggs
3 handfuls of baby spinach
2 tbsp of chicken bouillon or salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp of vegetable / olive oil
100 grams of grated mild cheddar cheese
Dessert – Adjust to suite your needs
Natural or Greek yogurt
blueberries or blackberries
3 dates or odd number of dates per bowl served (keeping up with the sunnah there lol)
Detox Water – Refrigerate for at least an hour before drinking
Cold water
slices of cucumbers
lemon slices – for added benefits

  12. Thank you sis for the recipes , I need more please. Can I just say , I noticed in the background you have 5l of KtC veg or sunflower oil. Please see the back of this and you will note that it says hydrogenated from soy. This soy genetically modified from the u.s and hydrogenated pumps hydrogen in to the oil to give it volume. So this is very unhealthy cooking oil. Please throw this away. Use only cold pressed oil for frying like rape seed or just use organic ghee. Salaams.

  17. If you put a damp paper towel or towel under your cutting board it won't slip around like that. It helps a lot!
