  8. I love your recipes but I have a hard time with the phony southern/African American accent. It’s like when Americans say “soar-y” and “eh” to imitate Canadians. Do you really say “ain’t” when the camera isn’t rolling? A lot the time on this and other videos you drop the affectation and talk normally and you sound just fine. I think people would come for the recipes and the advice without the schtick. I guess with nearly half a million subscribers you know your audience, but I think authenticity would draw even more.

  9. These were great!!!! I added herbs de provence, green onions, bacon!!! Yum, will definitely make these again! oh yes, I didn't have cottage cheese or gruyere so I substituted 1 cup of ricotta cheese and added an extra egg and it still worked out perfectly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  17. I made this today… I improvised a little…. I baked eggs in ramekins, and not in muffin pen…. I didn’t need 5 eggs, I made this using just 2 eggs, and it was amazing( because it’s just for me, and I like to make fresh every time I have craving for it)…. I could not believe how high they’ve risen…. And so delicious…. Two eggs became two meals, can’t be more cost effective….. thank you….

  18. Bummer! This did not work for me. I used an immersion blender also. I did the water bath underneath but the eggs rose a bit and were not custardy at all. 😫
    Can anyone help??
