  1. Looks delicious, balanced and healthy. Only one thing. Non-fruit food and fruit is generally not recommended to be eaten together, although this it is eaten almost all time. Fruit digests very fast whereas carbohydrates, proteins and vegetables take time to digest. By the time the non-fruit food is digested, the fruit, already digested ferments in stomach and is not ideal. Could create health issues in future for kids. Fruit can be eaten 2 hours before or after the main meal.
