    Do not agree with a lot of this. I've been succesful on Keto and have Never felt hungry.

  7. I’m a little late but I’m on my 1st day of Keto and ugh it was hard for me I’m going to be honest. I was so hungry because I would just eat carbs on carbs on carbs like almost everyday and I was so full and today I realized that I eat very bad.   17. Hi Tippy. Thanks for your great videos and channel. You have helped me understand things a lot better than I did from many others that I have watched. I do have a few questions though. Would it be possible for you to do a video on the health benefits you yourself personally have acquired since doing the keto diet lifestyle. Specifically I would like to know how your bowels responded? Energy levels? And any other problems that you had, did they clear up? Do you find any setbacks to doing it? Are you always in ketosis still? Or do you find that you've now added some things back in that don't have you in ketosis but don't bring the Cravings all back? Thank you for any help with these things. Keep doing what you're doing. You're a huge motivator. I'm actually starting today but I'm easing into it by cutting back carbs slowly as I'm a total carb addict and I don't want to go through the horrible symptoms that you faced.
