Ingredient Amount
Chicken 2 1/2 Lbs of cutup wings (makes 4 servings,4 pieces each servings) Seasons used: 1 1/2 teaspoon each. Fresh cracked black pepper,onion powder,garlic powder,Cyanne pepper,no sodium herbs De province,pink Himalayan sea salt. 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil,
Barbecue sauce mixture: 1 1/2 tablespoon of Bandar 2 Tbs Of Annie’s Homegrown
Organic BBQ Sauce

Wild Red Snapper Fillets (i made them fillet 2 whole red snappers It Made 4 pieces) squeeze 1 lemon or lime and 12 the zext onto the fillets. 1/2 tsp low sodium old bay seasoning, Herbs De Provence, Garlic Powder, White Pepper, sea salt. saute in 1 TBS of yogurt butter or vegan butter or grass fed butter ITS YOUR CHOICE. 3 minutes per side add a quarter of each onion,and red & Green Bell Peppers sliced. add quarter cup of water 1 1/2 TBS of good quality white wine and 1 Tbs of butter finish cooking it in the oven on 380 F for 8-10 minutes depending on your oven.

Lump crab salmon Mix Togeter
1lb salmon stakes or fillets (each)
7 raw wild tiger shrimp de-veined and cut up (or any raw shrimp of choice)
6 OZ of real crab meat (drained)
Quarter cup of each onion,and red & Green Bell Peppers diced
3.5 Oz of room temperature cream cheese 1 TBS fresh Minced and Garlic Parsley 13 TSP sea Salt & Black pepper (add Heat To It If You Like)
TO Season The Salmon Mix Together
3 TBS Of room Temperature Of Butter (again you choose your butter substitute I USED A VEGAN BUTTER SUBSTITUTE)
1Tbs Low Sodium Old Bay Seasoning, 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt,black pepper cayenne pepper, Herbs De Provence onion powder.
Base Salmon with butter mixture then top with lump crab mixture in 380 F oven 10 minutes and then Approximately 2 minutes under the broiler please keep it eye on it you don’t want it to burn.

  11. Melon is very sugary. Honestly when i was on keto i wasnt really craving sugars cuz i was almost always full of all the avocado i ate 😩 … breakfast always consisted of eggs bacon and half an avocado. Lunch/dinner was a big meal with beef/steak/chicken plenty spinach, brussel sprouts, brocoli, asparagus.. idk how i feel about …peppers? The reason i say breakfast/dinner is bc i also did intermittent fasting so i wouldnt Have “breakfast” til 12 and then by the time i got out of work (5-6) it was dinner time…. so yeah. Its very easy to eat these things and easy to cook them. I did crave pastries (cakes cookies icecreAm) since those are my weakness 😩

  21. Great video! I Loved the salmon steaks you made. I make something similar to this with jumbo butterflied shrimp (with a crab stuffing) May I suggest using parchment paper instead of all that cooking spray on your nonstick pan though – less chemicals and easier cleanup. 🙂
