  10. I like what you've done here. It's really healthy and quick. Do you have any suggestions for meals that have a bit more calories? I am aiming to eat 1800-2400 calories per day, but most of these meals seem to have about 500 calories or less, and they seem to be designed for weight loss. I like the jist of what you're doing and the method is spot on, but I need more calorie-density. I guess I could try eating larger portions, but I'm usually not hungry enough to eat 2 or 3 of these containers per meal. Do you have any substitution ideas for what you've made here?

I could use the same ingredients to make all the meals you said plus I added tortilla wrap and made fajitas, blended the beans to make a dip and used a spare tortilla wrap to make oven baked crisps for the dip. Also added all the cooked veggies and final left over kale into an oven dish with eggs and baked a fritta. I was going to make a veggie chilli too but ran out of veg hehe

  26. Tupperware is a brand of plastic containers and kitchen gadgets. What you are using are glass and plastic containers in a variety of brands but none of them is Tupperware. Google it please.

  30. Just a heads up cutting on hard surfaces (harder than your knife) will dull the blade. Pick up a nice wood board and make sure to oil it, or go with a plastic board.

  31. HI 🙂 loved your video but have one question: do you prepare these bowls in the morning to take them with you and then just heat the entire bowl when you're about to eat?
