  3. What brand of cookware is that white pot with the wooden handle? The contrast with the blueberries cooking in it is beautiful!

  4. We use vegetable prepping as a method to ensure we really use our vegetables instead of letting them wilt and end up in a garbage can. When vegetable are already washed, cleaned, chopped to size, you don't have any excuse NOT to use them :).

  17. I stumbled over your videos some time ago and I really love those ideas! When it comes to cashews please make sure they are fair trade (even if they are more expensive than regular ones). I've recently watched a documentary how hard it is to harvest them and how many toxics they enhance while getting them out of the shells

  22. What are your thoughts on storing and reheating rice for meal prep? I have heard that leftover rice can harbor really nasty bacteria which causes food poisoning. :/

  28. I really worry that the food will not be fresh, lose nutrition and grow bacteria after storage for a few days. I go shopping for food every day and cook every day.

  32. Wow now I get it about doing the single ingredients like a buffet in your fridge I never picked that up before from all your videos, duuuuh!
    It is such a good idea because for me I don’t like leftovers they just don’t seem appetizing but when you look at a container full of onion or shrimp or asparagus use actually see possibilities and freshness! Such a wonderful idea thank you!

  33. **Believe it or not I've done your meal prep on Sunday. Yay!!! 😀 I love the idea of boiling/pealing eggs ahead of time. I did the the 7&9 mins. It was so handy when my son ran out of time in the evening and could chose to make an instant 😉 egg sandwich for lunch . Thumbs up for your tip👍🙂. I still have plenty of rice left, so next time I'll just make less🙂. Storing carrots and celery in jar is another great idea. Ive changed the water yesterday. Can it last for seven days without changing the water ???
