  13. do you put all the veggies and that in the freezer to keep or the fridge? i find if i put them in the fridge it doesn't last as long

  14. When cutting on a cutting board that slides, you can wet a piece of paper towel or a cloth and place it underneath and it wont slide around. Also with your salmon you could probably half the time and it won’t go so dry. It will stand up better to being reheated as well! The pesto chicken was great I really enjoyed it!

  18. People need to stop overnight oats. You can easily make oats in the morning in the microwave. Seeds are the only thing that need to be soaked so i could ynderstand if u added chia seeds while soaking…
