  14. Here’s the recipe:

    This makes 2 portions
    (You can store the other half for next day)

    5 tbsp oats
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp flaxseeds
    4-5 chopped almonds
    3-4 chopped dried prunes
    Half cup of milk
    1.5 cups water

    Half diced apple
    2 tbsp honey
    Cinnamon powder

    Combine all ingredients in pot except for the toppings and allow it to come to a boil over heat. Stir occasionally

    Once mixture is at boiling point, turn down heat and add the toppings.

    – 2 teaspoons of sugar
    – 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
    – 5 sliced almonds
    – 3-4 sliced proons
    – 1 1/2 cups milk
    – 1/2 cup water

    Come to a boil

    – 1/2 dized apple
    – 2 tbsp of honey
    – cinnamon powder
