  5. I am starting this today. You've convinced me. I will evaluate progress at the end of March and see how I feel and look. If it works, I'm stickin with it. Not sure I will be giving up all cheese however or sour cream. I love these, but will taper off

  14. I’ve been reading about a ‘fat detox’ when converting. I understand the 9cal/gram for fat vs 4cal/gram for C/P…so you’ll eat twice as much, but even when eating enough calories, there’s an ‘emptiness’ your body is looking for…especially if one has been consuming 30-40+% fat in the diet. Is it just willpower to begin eating 15% fat? Or to slowly work your way down to that #?
