  12. The green leafy vegetables are very healthy but can cause diareah in some people which causes dehydration and hispitalization

  14. I'm trying to loose weight from a long time but still no change 😭 I'm eating healthy and exercising daily for 30-60 minutes. I'm 13 years old and i weigh 49,I live in uae and now in Ramadan I'm fasting and I'm exercising for 30 minutes after returning from school and in iftar I eat just 2 fruits and water that's all someone pls help 🙏🏻🙏🏻
