Chicken fillet – 150 g
A mixture of vegetables – 200 g (we have frozen green beans, zucchini, tomatoes, peas, corn)
Cauliflower – 100 g
Broccoli – 100 g
Natural yoghurt – 100 g
Eggs – 2 PCs
Salt, spices – to taste
In a baking dish and pour the vegetables, put the chicken slices. Fill preparation: Beat the eggs, add the yogurt and spices. Cover the vegetables. In the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
