You can easily incorporate this soup in your weight loss diets. To prepare Red kidney bean soup or Rajma soup, you’ll need the following ingedients:

Rajma (Red kidney beans)- 1 cup (soaked in water overnight)
Onion- 1 (roughly sliced)
Tomato- 1 (roughly diced)
Garlic- 4 to 5 cloves
Ginger- 1 inch
Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Olive oil- 1 to 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

  2. If I use a 15oz (425g) can of the precooked Kidney Beans, how much water would you suggest adding and how long would you suggest I cook it? Also, a little suggestion if I may.
