2 plantains (pazham or baby bananas)
1 cup frozen pineapple (frozen pineapple give the creamy texture).
1 frozen banana.
1/2 cup low fat curd/yogurt
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
1- 11/2 tbsp flax seeds.
Pregnant Women should not consume papaya and pineapple.
