This filling tropical smoothie will keep you full till lunch time and also prevents from any sugary cravings.

Note that no artificial sweetener or honey is added into the smoothie; to make it vegan avoid curd/yogurt.

Its important to note that I used low fat curd.

Half papaya
2 plantains (pazham or baby bananas)
1 cup frozen pineapple (frozen pineapple give the creamy texture).
1 frozen banana.
1 mango
1/2 cup low fat curd/yogurt
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
1- 11/2 tbsp flax seeds.

Pregnant Women should not consume papaya and pineapple.
