  18. It's a diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome that excludes onion, garlic, beans, scallions, avocado, grapefruit, mango, cabbage, and so much more. It limits adding flavor to the majority of my meals. I was wondering if you had any ideas for substitutions when it came to meal prep so I could still have great tasting meals

  28. great video but please do some research on coconut oil. In Asia we have known for years it is NOT heart healthy and is in rich saturated fats and bad cholesterol.

  30. Bobby, will this ever stop? Every time I make one of your salads I'm like "dang that's one of my favorite salads of all time". If you keep doing that, I'll end up with a list of like 50 favorite salads. The meat was on point as well. I cooked it in a cast iron pan without the skewers and roasted the veggies in the oven since poor grad student me doesn't want to splurge on a grill pan at the moment. Delish!
