Helllllo Everyone! 😻 I hope you love these simple vegan & plant based breakfast recipes I’ve shared today! ☺️🌿
Like I said in the intro, I am not 100% vegan or plant based but I have been incorporating it into my diet a lot more lately! I actually wasn’t even intending this to be a ‘vegan’ recipe video but I noticed all the recipes didn’t include any dairy or meat and I was like YAY how cool! 😁 If you have any tips or fav vegan / plant based recipes, please share below!!! 🍫Peanut-Butter Chocolate Overnight Oats
1/3 c oats
1 Scoop chocolate protein powder
2-3 Tbls powdered peanut butter
Dash of sea salt
2 tbls chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c almond or cashew milk
Mix well and refrigerate overnight! Enjoy with strawberries to bananas.

🥣Cinnamon Crunch Granola
2 c oats
1/4-1/2 c chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans etc)
1/4 c pepitas or unsalted sunflower seeds(optional)
1/2 tsp fine grain sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c coconut oil (melted)
1/4 c honey* or maple syrup
*optional, coconut flakes, chocolate pieces, dried fruit (I love dried blueberries or cranberries!)

Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil. (I didn’t either in my first batch and it burned like h$ll so plz learn from my stupidity)
Combine first 5 ingredients, then add in (melted) coconut oil and honey. Mix well, making sure everything is evenly coated. Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes, but check half way through and mix again for an even crisp😸
Let cool completely, then add mix ins. Dried fruit, coconut etc.
Enjoy bby you deserve it!!!!
(Store in airtight container)

🍓Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl
1 c ice
1 frozen banana
1/2 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c frozen blackberries/strawberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 c almond milk
Fruit, nuts, seeds, granola for toppings

Add to blender and mix until evenly combined! Plop in bowl and add delicious fruit and nuts. I used strawberries, banana, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and granola!
Now eat cause it tastes freakin delicious AF.
