Make Weight Loss Diet Soup in just 10 min | Weight Loss Soup – Carrot Soup Recipe | Lose weight fast with carrot soup

Carrot have a number of health benefits. They are a weight loss friendly food.

Carrots are a particularly good source of beta-carotene, fiber, vitamin K, potassium and antioxidants. Beta-carotene, an antioxidant that is converted to vitamin A in the body.

Ingredients for Weight Loss Carrot Soup Recipe:
1. ½ Teaspoon Oil
2. Chopped 2 Carrots
3. Half Onion
4. Mint Leaves
5. 2 Garlic Cloves
6. Ginger
7. Salt

Add all the ingredients in a pan along with 1 glass of water and cook for 5-7 min. When cooked, grind all the ingredients. Add the ingredients paste, left over vegetable stock & salt (as per your taste) in a pan and cook for another 2-3 min.

Serve hot Carrot soup in lunch/dinner before main course meal. This technique will help to reduce your appetite, and will keep you full for longer time.

Those who do not eat ginger, garlic & onion, they can add other vegetables like Cauliflower or French beans… along with carrot.
