CLARIFICATION FOR THOSE WHO WATCH: I AM NOT SAYING I EAT ALL OF OF THIS EACH DAY, I GAVE EXAMPLES OF TYPES OF PROTEIN. I DON’T DO SALMON, BEEF, ETC. ALL IN THE SAME MEAL – I KEEP MY PROTEIN AT 7 OUNCES PER MEAL.

Dr. Berg explains what he eats on a given day. It includes keto (ketogenic diet) and intermittent fasting at two meals a day. He consumes large amounts of salad, high quality protein without being lean or low fat. He likes pecans, avocados, no sugar foods.

  6. I'm sorry but all this organic, grass fed, grass-finished, no sugar, no soy, farmer's market, law-abiding, all-time smiling kosher crap ruins this plan for me. It's just not practical and real-world.

    Why make things so damn complicated?

    I am trying a 2 meal a day plan (meats and vegetables/salad) at lunch and dinner and THAT'S IT.

  20. a guy that promotes health is eating bacon hot dogs pork rhinds and sausage? WTF? pork is such an unclean meat and is loaded with parasites and histamines
