  1. 1st recipe – Goat Cheese. You would get "killed" by zealot vegetarians.

  2. just a question at 0:44 when the avocado is a bit brown can you eat the brown or should that brown stuff you throw it away?

  3. You should try medium tofu next time for tofu scramble. You can just crumble it and it will have a texture closer to scrambled eggs!

  42. My dietician told me to always soak chia seeds and ensure they're 'gelatinous' before consumption otherwise they'll absorb water from your body. Or if you are consuming them like this then you gotta ensure you drink enough water to counter potential dehydration. Maybe that could be endemic to me as I have a sensitive GI tract but just putting it out there for others to get an alternate idea.
