  1. Guys I'm so sorry I forgot to upload my macros at the end of the day! Totals are: Protein: 125g Carbs: 70g Fat: 89g. Little high on the fat and low in carbs, but that's normal for an off training day. Usually I'll bump up the carbs and lower the fat on training days!

  9. With lifesum when you're making a bulk recipe how do you separate it and make the macros accurate? I've been using lifesum but I can never figure out how to do bulk meals (such as pasta) accurately

Also, I’ve retroactively decided to actually dial in my healthy eating (more veggies heck yes) after just checking a glimpse of my backside in the mirror, oof. Still going strong on your Uplifted program so I’m trying to be mentally kind to myself. Ok bye 😊

  20. I loosely intermittent fast.. I usually don't get hungry until 11am so I won't have breakfast until I'm actually hungry, but if I'm hungry after drinking water at 8am I will eat. It's all about listenning to your body I feel!

  21. I would love to intermittent fast, but I work out first thing in the morning and find it sooo hard to not eat after that. Any tips? Thanks! I love this video and your content as always 🙂
