Hey Guys,

Happy 1st of October! Guess what that means, only 30 days till HALLOWEEN! What are you guys going to dress up as this year? I need some inspiration for this year so help me out!

So today’s video was inspired by all of you who have asked me “what do you actually eat in a full day”. This changes on a daily basis, but I wanted to share something that was more typical for me when I am at home in NYC and not on set working. This is the full version of what I eat in a day so leave me your questions and I’ll get to as many of them as possible!

Lately I have become obsessed with overnight oats. It’s my staple breakfast at the moment and it is so easy to make, you just need to put the ingredients together in a bowl the night before and VOILA (French for there it is)! The reason why I recommend Chia seed is because the seeds soak up the almond milk and it gives the oats a nice fluffy texture.

I have been doing a lot of meal prep because sometimes it gets super busy so I want to make sure I am prepared in advance. A lot of you have asked me where I find the time to eat healthy and the answer is that it is all about the preparation. So when I am listening to an audiobook or watching TV I multi-task with meal prep. **Pro-Tip: Plan it out**

I’ve said this before, that I don’t follow a diet, this is my lifestyle and I’ve chosen health and wellness as my priorities! It is very important to eat enough protein, fruit, vegetables, & whole grains. Portions are different from person to person so focus on what feels right to you! If I need more energy I’ll eat more, for example on days when I am running around NYC I will most likely snack more. Just make sure you eat enough so you feel satisfied and you don’t find yourself hungry throughout the day.

  2. I enjoyed watching your video! The pad Thai recipe was so different from what I’d seen before – I plan to try it! One thing though, frying with olive oil is not recommended unless you keep it at a low temperature- heating it makes it into a carcinogen.

  16. I think this video is so calming and promotes healthy eating, especially for aspiring models, perfectly. I love the fact you don’t mention having to “eat less” or extreme portion control and instead state that as long as one eats clean they can eat as much as they want. I loved this video so much! ❤️❤️
