  6. Hi! why do you keep your meal dairy-free? Isn't it good for our health? I really want to know why. Thank you 🙂

  7. How much arrow root do you use? I guess I could just put in a little and try, but how does it behave? I mean does it thicken quickly so you know quickly if you need to add a bit more? Or do you need to simmer it a bit? 🙂

  8. Thank you Meghan for the yummy recipes!

  9. I do my pancakes with coconut flour ,banana, egg and vanilla extract🤤

  10. Finally an healthy diet without being extreme like: no meat no eggs no fish no cheese
… You may not be vegan and yet still eat healthy and consciously.

  11. I really like how calm you are and your voice is really nice to listen to! 🙂 But what I find sad, is seeing the dead animals on your plate ;( I wish people could also stop harming them as well, cause it breaks my heart seeing them suffer ;( You seem like a good person who doesnt want to harm anyone.
BUT I LOOOOOVE your minimalistic videos and how to live simple, so thank you sooooo much!!! 🙂
