  2. Raw apple cider vinegar would great for acid reflux. I mix 1-2 Tbs of it in a glass of water and add a packet of truvia. I think you would like Lou Coronas Lemon ginger blast and gorilla milk (; look him up on YouTube personally I’ve decided to eat more seasonally, after juicing for a couple of years I found out I can’t have cucumbers, mint, and ginger, coconut, lentils and most beans, grains and such. So it’s nice your diet works for You! It wouldn’t work for me tho. We are all very uniquely differently when it comes to foods we can eat.

  12. Personally, I can't stand those green drinks. I try them and even though I like all the ingredients solo, it makes me sick. There is a flaw to you green drink, unless your just not mentioning it that is. The plant fibers being pushed off to the side like that is making you loose a pretty heavy amounts of nutrients. Not to mention just a waist of your materials. So I do hope your making something with that. The reason your not feeling as heavy is because you took out the heavier parts of the plants.

  15. Lemon juice does have an alkalizing effect on your urine but not on your blood so its not actually a good thing to drink for the purposes of practicing an alkaline diet. Instead, you can mix a little baking soda with water and make an alkaline water. The sodium content negligible as it's not attached to chloride the same as table salt that is.

  20. If I had that amount of lavender, I would be asleep for 17 hours lol I'm quite sensitive to herbs, so whenever I make tea with lavender I add 5-6 flowers max.
