Hey guys! Today I wanted to share with you a What I eat in a day to lose weight video, where I show you how to use my point system in an everyday way. I’ve been putting this together for a while so I hope you enjoy it and find it helpful 🙂

  12. First of all thank you so much for introducing so much health in my life. I've lost around 6 pounds in 2 weeks and now I've reached that stage that my weight wouldn't move at all. Plus my hunger seems to have doubled. What do you think I should do?

  15. What do you recommend for meals for people with a busy job? I’m an IT tech for a school system, so I go from school to school. I never know where I’ll be for lunch, so I have the hardest time with taking a lunch to work because I can’t it heat up or I’m afraid it’ll spoil. My insulated lunch bag isn’t as insulated as one should be.. Help! 😭

  40. Just a btw: you shouldn’t eat salt because if you are trying to lose weight you need to starve the fat and feed the mussels by staying away from bread, salt and any sweeteners. So yeah thanks
